Everything you might want to know before telling your story.
We recommend speaking! When you talk, the little details tend to come naturally—the funny interruptions, unexpected memories, and things you might never think to write down. Those are often the moments that make your story special.
But typing works beautifully, too. Choose whichever feels most comfortable.
About 15 minutes per person. You’ll answer one question at a time, at your own pace. There are no right answers, and you don’t need to prepare anything. Just tell us what you remember.
Not at all. You can tell your story on your own, or invite your partner to answer separately. You’ll each have your own private conversation, so there’s no need to coordinate schedules or agree on what happened.
That’s often the best part! One of you remembers the restaurant. The other remembers what went wrong with the reservation. Those different perspectives are what make your story interesting. We don’t need you to agree on every detail.
You’ll receive a complete, magazine-style feature written from your memories, along with a downloadable PDF and digital keepsakes you can save, print, or share. The conversation is free, and you’ll get to read the opening of your story before deciding whether to purchase it.
Yes. Your interviews and finished story are private by default. Your story won’t appear in our public collection without your permission. You decide whether to share your finished feature with family, friends, or anyone else.
Yes. A lot of people use the finished feature (or pieces of it) on their wedding site, in programs, or as a keepsake gift. You also get social graphics if you want to share parts of it.
You’ll get to read the opening before you pay, so you’ll have a sense of how your story is coming together. If something important isn’t right, such as a name, date, or detail, let us know. We want the finished story to reflect what you actually told us.
We use AI to help turn your interviews into a magazine-style feature. But the memories, moments, and details come from you. We don’t invent a more romantic version of your relationship. The goal is to tell your real story in a way you’ll enjoy reading and sharing.
